Order Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
These terms govern the cancellation and rescheduling of orders placed with Go With Fresh (“Go With Fresh”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order through our website, www.gowithfresh.com (“Website”) or our mobile application (“App”), you (“Customer”, “You”) agree to abide by the following terms.
1. Cancellation Policy
At Go With Fresh, Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations.
1.1 Express Orders (Under 30 Minutes)
- You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it, free of charge.
- If canceled after 10 minutes, a 100% cancellation fee will apply as the order is already being prepared and dispatched.
1.2 Standard Orders (Under 2 Hours)
- You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, free of charge.
- If canceled after 30 minutes, a 100% cancellation fee will apply as the order is already being processed.
1.3 Cancellation Due to Delivery Issues
If we are unable to deliver your order due to any of the following reasons, a 100% cancellation fee will apply:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable contact number
- Missing delivery instructions leading to a failed delivery attempt
A 100% cancellation fee means that no refund will be provided since the order has already been processed or dispatched.
1.4 Example of Cancellation Fee
If your order total is ₹500 and you cancel after the free cancellation period, you will still be charged ₹500 as the cancellation fee.
1.5. COD & UPI Orders
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI on Delivery orders, any applicable cancellation fees may be collected during your next order or at the time of delivery.
2. Rescheduling Policy
2.1 Express Orders (Under 30 Minutes)
- You can reschedule your express order before dispatch, free of charge.
- Once the order is dispatched, rescheduling is not possible.
2.2 Standard Orders (Under 2 Hours)
- You can reschedule your order once, free of charge, if done at least 1 hour before the original delivery time.
- Contact customer support to request rescheduling.
3. Pre-Orders for Cooked Food
For pre-orders of cooked food, please place your order one day before the delivery date. Delivery will be made on the next day. Cancellations or changes for cooked food pre-orders must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. After this time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
4. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (meat, fish, chicken), we do not accept returns or refunds once the order is delivered. If there is an issue with the order, contact our support team, and we will help you.
5. Changes to Policy
We can change or update this policy anytime without notice. Please check it regularly. Continuing to use the website means you accept any changes.
